Outside, a lovely courtyard opens onto a panoramic terrace that can host up to 70 guests, an ideal spot to enjoy breathtaking views while savoring traditional dishes carefully prepared with mostly local ingredients.
Alongside the ever-present polenta, the menu includes regional cured meats and cheeses, braised or grilled meats, homemade pasta, risottos, and a tempting selection of house-made desserts.
The Casello del Latte, a symbol of Monte Generoso’s rich cheese-making tradition, is a captivating place where history and flavour come together. Once a hub for storing alpine milk, today it offers visitors the chance to enjoy an authentic experience immersed in the region’s local food culture.
